How to Request a Higher Credit Limit

Step 1 - Fill in the Credit Card Service Request Form (393k Adobe® PDF file). Click link to download the form or get the form offline at any Alliance Bank branch.

Step 2 - Prepare your latest 'proof of income' documents (eg. Salary Slip, Income Tax Return Form, etc).
You can also submit a photocopy of any other credit card(s) issued to you by other banks that have a higher credit limit. (Only the card front is necessary.)

Step 3 - Fax the completed form and documents mentioned in Step 2 to Alliance Bank's Customer Service at 03 - 5621 5624.

Please note that any credit limit increase is subject to the bank's approval and will be given at the bank's discretion.
