Change of ID for Visa / MasterCard for eCosway Alliance Bank Credit Cardholders

Some of you may be holding both Visa and MasterCard eCosway Alliance Bank Credit Cards and may want to change your eCosway Business Owner ID on one of the cards to your Cosway Member Number. For example, you might want to keep the eCosway ID for your Visa Card but change it to your Cosway Member Number for your MasterCard.

To request for this change of ID, you need to complete all 7 steps within the Credit Card Service Request Form.

• Download Credit Card Service Request Form (393k Adobe® PDF file).
• Obtain the form at any Alliance Bank branch.

Fax your completed form to 03-5621 5624. After faxing in your form, you can collect your replacement card(s) at:

• the Head Office within 5 working days, or
• your nominated Alliance Bank branch within 10 working days

You will need to bring along and surrender all relevant existing cards in order to collect your replacement cards.

Please note that only the principal cardholder can request for the ID change and the ID reference of any supplementary cards will automatically be changed in accordance. You will be issued a replacement card for each affected card and a charge of RM 50 per card will be debited to your credit card account.
