"CVP Advance"

You can use CVPs in advance to purchase Redemption products at very low prices even though these CVPs are not reflected in the system at the point of your eCosway credit card purchase.

CVPs that have been used in advance, will be deducted from your CVPs earned during the month or in the following month(s). You are required to present your eCosway Credit Card as proof of identity in order to benefit from this special feature.

Example

Mr. T used his eCosway credit card and chalked up 6 CVPs. He then goes to a Redemption Center to purchase a Soya Milk Maker with this 6 CVPs earned from his credit card spending but this CVP amount has not been transmitted to the Redemption Center’s system. (Therefore, the Redemption Center has no record of his newly acquired CVPs.) Mr. T will be allowed to use 6 CVPs in advance if he presents his eCosway credit card as proof of identity to the Redemption Center when requested. The 6 CVPs used will be deducted as soon as the CVPs earned have been transmitted online.

Please Note:

• You can only use up to a maximum of 10 CVPs in advance.
• If there are any approved product returns, CVPs will be refunded into your account accordingly.
