How soon can I use the Payment Card after receiving it?
After you receive your card, you can load any amount you want into the card. However, you must load a minimum of RM 30 to cover the one-time joining fee that will be debited from your payment card account immediately upon activation.Once you have deposited / loaded at least RM 30, you can call Alliance Bank’s Customer Service Dept to activate your card. Once the card is activated, you can begin using it right away.Note: Cards can only be activated when there are sufficient funds to cover the joining fee for all cards (principal and all supplementary cards). For example, if the principal account is linked with 2 supplementary cards, then the initial deposit into the card account must be RM 90 (to cover all three cards). Back to top

What is my credit limit?
There is no credit limit because this is not a credit card. It is a Payment Card where the funds are deducted directly from an account that you have loaded money into. It's like pre-paid spending. Your spending limit is determined by the balance in your account. Back to top -
